Not sure what to say about customer service on a digital download, but the item knitted up quickly and now holds much of the extra small balls of leftover yarn. My next one will be a bit bigger to fit all of the rolls of cricket floss.

I have to admit I was afraid of attempting this pattern at first until I went through all of the instructions. The person who made these instructions wanted knitters who purchased it to be successful in their accomplishment of the final product. Let me just say if I can figure it out based off of these very explanatory instructions even a new knitter would enjoy making these beautiful coasters. Mine is still a working progress but I can honestly say what I have completed so far even surprised myself. I will definitely purchase future patterns from Natalya @ sosimpleknit.com. This pattern improved my confidence in knitting things other than a dishcloth 😁❤️
